Organisations and resources we signpost to

This page pulls together some of the main organisations and websites we link to around the site. They offer help with debt, money, housing, energy, mental health and safety. Use them to find the right kind of support for your situation.

We’re independent and not part of any of these organisations. We don’t earn commission or referral fees if you choose to contact them.

How we choose organisations to list here

We focus on organisations that:

  • are free to contact for help or information
  • have a clear role in debt, money, housing, mental health or safety support
  • explain who they help and which country or countries of the UK they cover
  • have a track record, official status or widely recognised role

We don’t list every possible service, and including a link here doesn’t mean we can personally vouch for every experience. Always check you’re comfortable with any organisation before sharing personal details.
